Zoom Drop-in Sessions

You do not need to make an appointment – just join the Zoom meeting linked below during a scheduled drop in session. Please include your Student ID in your Zoom name, it's incredibly helpful for our team!

Zoom Drop-in sessions run Monday to Friday from 2pm - 3pm.

If you want us to check a study plan to confirm you're on track to graduate, instead of a drop-in session we recommend that you complete a 'Progress Check Request' and we will get back to you with detailed feedback. It's important that the study plan you send includes your full program plan, including any future study you intend to take (don't worry, you won't be locked in to anything you send us!)

IMPORTANT: THIS LINK HAS RECENTLY CHANGED, JUNE 2026

Student Hub Drop-In Sessions

Our Student Support team has now moved! We are located in the Kambri Student Hub (near Coffee Lab and Woroni).

You can drop into the Student Hub any time Monday to Friday between 10am - 4pm (5pm on Wednesdays) for general student support.

If you want to get detailed program advice or speak to a Student Advisor specifically about your degree, please attend between 10am and 12pm each weekday, when we will have Student Advisors on hand for meetings.

Alternatively, you can contact us via student@anu.edu.au and specify your degree in the subject header so it can be quickly allocated to the correct team for a response!
