CASS Undergraduate Student Exchange Travel Grant

Summer and Semester 1 2020 applications are now closed
The ANU College of Arts and Social Sciences (CASS) has up to seven grants of $5000 each to give to students who are going on exchange.
The objective of the award is to facilitate student exchanges for members of the undergraduate College community and to strengthen College ties with the named institutions published on the ANU Scholarships website (updated annually).

Funding for this award has been provided by CASS.
Who can apply?
In order to be considered for a CASS Undergraduate Exchange Travel Grant, students must
- be enrolled in an undergraduate program in the College of Arts and Social Sciences
- be undertaking an approved exchange program
Preference will be given to students going to the following institutions:
- Nanyang Technical University
- Freie Universität Berlin
- Kings College, London
- Indiana University
Selection is made on the basis of academic merit. Other factors such as the relevance of the host institution to the study program and motivations for undertaking the exchange, will be taken into account.
How to apply
- Determine whether you can meet the eligbility criteria listed above and in the Conditions of Award
- Submit your Exchange Course Approval Pack (ECAP) to the CASS Student and Education Office by the advertised deadline
- Applications are managed through the ANU Global Programs System
Please keep a copy of your application for your records.
The application assessment will be based on where you are intending to go, academic achievement (based on your GPA), and your reasons for applying (in that order).
Please note: if you have not submitted your Exchange Course Approval Pack (ECAP) your application may not be considered. In order to guarantee credit for exchange you must submit your ECAP to the CASS Student and Education Office by the advertised deadline.
