The Sharing Stories Arts Exchange exhibition features work by Canberra based artists working across a variety of mediums as they respond to their learnings and experiences of the 2025 Sharing Stories Arts Exchange.

The 2025 Graduating Exhibition showcases the work of students completing undergraduate, honours and postgraduate coursework programs at the Australian National University School of Art & Design.

Join us for a special tour of the School of Art & Design 2025 Grad Show designed to welcome Secondary School teachers, students and parents to the exhibition and School.  You will meet graduating students and hear about their experience studying at SOA&D, the work they have created in their final year, and what’s next for our graduates across our Visual Arts, Design, and Flexible Double Degree Programs.

Remembering

Join us for a special lecture as part of the School of Art & Design Seminar Series by Dennis Golding, ANU's 2025 H.C. Coombs Creative Arts Indigenous Fellow.

Dennis Golding (b. 1989) is a Kamilaroi/Gamilaraay artist and curator from north-west New South Wales, with ties to Biripi country.

A curated selection of significant Australian and international abstract colour films will be projected in the Light Source exhibition.

These days most colour we experience is funnelled through the three channels of our LED screens, but the meaning of colour has always exceeded its manufactured gamut.

Please join us to celebrate the winner of the 2025 People's Choice Award at the exhibition's Closing Reception on Wednesday 22 October.

The People's Choice Winner will be announced at the Closing Reception - voting is now open! You can visit the Gallery and use the provided QR code to vote for your favourite artwork, or vote now using this link. 

Please join us to celebrate the Winner of the 2025 ANU School of Art & Design Drawing Prize at the exhibition's opening reception.

The Drawing Prize showcases and celebrates the breadth and depth of drawing practice within the ANU School of Art & Design. The Prize is an annual event open to all current students enrolled in one or more courses in Semester 2 at the ANU School of Art & Design.

The Winner is awarded a cash prize of $1,500.
