DESIGN Canberra is the national capital's annual festival celebrating the talents and locations of this city of design.

This year's festival runs from 5-25 November 2018 and will feature over 100 events - including highlights involving ANU School of Art and Design staff, students and alumni.

DESIGN Canberra is the major outreach activity of Craft ACT: Craft + Design Centre, a not-for-profit membership-based organisation which supports artists, craft practitioners, designers and makers at every stage of their careers.

This year the ANU is proud to present internationally renowned architect James Carpenter, whose award winning work from Sydney to London to New York, blends light, art and public space. Catch his exclusive free talk on November 13.
