CASS Alumnus receives Qantas award

ANU School of Art alumnus Christopher Carmody has been awarded the prestigious Encouragement of Australian Contemporary Art Award, in the category of inter-disciplinary (abstract, observational and conceptual art) by Qantas.
Christopher graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in 2008, with majors in Art History and in Painting. In 2009 he was awarded a Bachelor of Arts (Visual) with 1st Class Honours in painting. Earlier this year his work was included in the exhibition Word of Mouth: encounters with Abstract Art at the Canberra Museum and Gallery.
