ANU Staff Engagement Survey offers opportunity for staff feedback

In order improve our University, we need to understand what is working well, and what is not working so well.

The ANU Staff Engagement Survey presents all full time and part time staff with the opportunity to provide their views on matters affecting their work at ANU. It will be conducted anonymously and the results presented in a manner which will prevent any individual responses from being identified.

The survey will:

  • Obtain feedback on the views of staff across the University on issues such as: leadership; teamwork; communication and cooperation; job satisfaction; and general overall effectiveness; and
  • Analyse previous benchmark data and continue to track and compare how we are progressing over time in improving the perceived quality of working at ANU.

The results will be used by the University to identify and as necessary, develop strategies to improve our workplace practices and address any major issues raised.

The survey will take approximately 20 minutes to complete and is anonymous. Individual responses will be confidential as the responses are collated, analysed, and reported by Voice Project. ANU will not receive any raw data from the survey and will not be able to identify responses from individual employees.

It is important that you complete the survey as soon as possible, and no later than Friday 28 October 2016.

Please check your staff email for a link to the survey website.
