Art graduates finalists in Archibald Prize

Gary Smith and Frank Thirion - both graduates of the ANU School of Art - have been selected as finalists for their work The Faceless Men.
The pair, including Gary who is currently a visiting artist in the School's photography and media arts workshop, collaborated to develop their works.
The Archibald Prize, which is held annually, is one of the country's oldest and most prestigious art prizes, which is awarded for the best portrait painting.
