The College of Arts & Social Sciences (CASS) Teaching and Learning Day is an event to celebrate good teaching practices within the College. This year, the theme is student engagement which will focus on interactive learning strategies and technologies.

Reimagining music education – a case study of the ANU School of music in 2019 - Dr Kim Cunio, (Head of School, School of Music)
Music is an almost visceral art. In this presentation A Prof Cunio will show aspects of the student experience at the school of music, which will involve everything from learning music quickly, to critical listening of recorded music, to thinking and discussing how music fits into the larger spheres of life and culture. The presentation also includes information on a recent advancement the institution of a double major for all students, allowing musicians at the ANU to build a portfolio of skills.
