ANU Languages Showcase

The ANU College of Arts & Social Sciences and the ANU College of Asia & the Pacific are delighted to invite you and your students to the annual ANU Languages Showcase on Wednesday, 31 May 2017 from 10am to 3pm.
This event gives students in Years 9-12 from the ACT and surrounding regions the opportunity to come onto campus and experience an engaging, interactive and first-hand taste of university language studies. This event is suitable for current language students, and also students interested in learning a language other than English.
The day will feature short presentations from our leading language experts, as well as interactive language activities. The full breadth of languages available at ANU, including Modern European, Asian, Ancient and Middle Eastern languages, will be showcased, as well as an interactive cultural performance and student exchange panel towards the end of the day. Lunch will also be provided.
ANU is ranked number one in Australia for Modern Languages and #26 globally*, and we teach more languages than any other Australian university. There is simply no better place in the country for students to continue or commence language learning at university.
There is still time to register. Registrations will close on Friday, 26 May 2017. If you would like to register for this event, please click here. Your students will need to submit an individual registration so they can select the presentations they'd like to attend and also note any dietary requirements.
