Whether it is sport, politics, languages or drama, I’ve been able to find clubs of like-minded people and have really enjoyed what the campus life has to offer.
For me, coming to ANU was an easy choice. ANU offered courses that met my interests perfectly, and they are some of the best in the country and throughout the world. I chose International Relations and Laws because I have a keen interest in global politics and how our society fits into the rest of the world. I knew that I would be learning about topics that really interested me, whilst also gaining skills that would benefit me enormously in my career later on.
After my studies at ANU, I hope to combine my Laws and International Relations degrees to work in human rights for the United Nations or an NGO.
There are many things I love about studying at ANU – not least the fantastic courses, the beautiful campus and the opportunity to live at college – but most of all, I’ve really enjoyed the opportunity to meet so many people from all over the country through the many clubs and societies on campus. Whether it is sport, politics, languages or drama, I’ve been able to find clubs of like-minded people and have really enjoyed what the campus life has to offer. I recommend ANU courses because they are interesting and world-renowned and the opportunities on offer set it apart from other universities.
