Convenor and Research Fellow, Freilich Project for the Study of Bigotry

Melissa Lovell is a political scientist with expertise in Australian Indigenous Affairs governance and the way that political actors frame policy problems and possibilities. She has over 15 years of research experience in community, political advocacy and higher education contexts and has previously been employed at the National Centre for Indigenous Studies and the School of Politics and International Relations at ANU. Melissa joined the Freilich Foundation as its Convenor in June 2017
