Posted on 28 October 2014
Rosanna Stevens has claimed a double victory for the College of Arts and Social Sciences in the 2014 ANU final of the 3 Minute Thesis Competition (3MT), winning first place and the people’s choice award. During her 3 minutes, Rosanna spoke about the idea of “whiteness” and its invisible, dominant presence in society in front of a packed Manning Clark Lecture Theatre. The next round of the competition is the Trans-Tasman 3MT Final on 3 November at the University of Western Australia in Perth. Rosanna will pit her 3MT skills against 48 students from universities in Australia, New Zealand, Malaysia, Singapore and Hong Kong.
