Online Drop-in Sessions

You do not need to make an appointment – just join the Zoom meeting linked below during a scheduled drop in session. Please include your Student ID in your Zoom name, it's incredibly helpful for our team!

Drop-in sessions are currently available on the following schedule:

Monday and Friday: 10am - 11am, 2pm - 3pm

Important Update! Our Zoom sessions will be changing on Monday the 21st of April 2025! From that week, our Zoom sessions will move to

Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday: 10am - 11am, 2pm - 3pm

If you want us to check a study plan to confirm you're on track to graduate, instead of a drop-in session we recommend that you complete a 'Progress Check Request' and we will get back to you with detailed feedback. It's important that the study plan you send includes your full program plan, including any future study you intend to take (don't worry, you won't be locked in to anything you send us!)

Our office is also open Monday to Friday, 10am to 4pm, for students to drop in with a question for the team. You can find us in the Beryl Rawson Building at the end of Ellery Crescent, opposite Melville Hall (near the city end of Kambri).

If you are unable to attend a scheduled Zoom drop-in session and cannot visit in person, please email us at students.cass@anu.edu.au.
