Travel to
High Risk Destinations
Where travel
is to High Risk Destinations, student should allow extra time
(approx 1 week) for requisite approvals.
If DFAT has
issued a travel advisory as “Reconsider your need to Travel”
(Category 4) or “Do Not Travel” (Category 5), students
should also complete:
1. An Approval
For Travel to High Risk Destinations form in accordance with
the ANU Policy ‘Overseas Travel by University Staff and
Students to High Risk Destinations’
2. A Travel
Risk Assessment Form. For further information see ANU

Note: Fully
flexible tickets - and global-roaming mobile phone number - are
essential for travel to Category 4 and 5 destinations.
