The ANU School of Music recently held its first artistic exchange with The National Institute of Dramatic Art (NIDA) in Sydney via videoconference, in a two-hour masterclass between staff and students at both institutions. This event showcased the capacity of music-specific videoconferencing to facilitate intense and rewarding learning experiences, and the exciting potential for cross-disciplinary and virtual collaborations in the musical and dramatic arts.
