To assist us in processing requests to the CASS IT Helpdesk, please use the online request form for all requests .   Please provide us with the required details to allow us to effectively priortise and respond to your request.

Due to staff cuts and the volume of requests we are currently experiencing delays in responding to requests.   We thank you for your patience as we work through the backlog.
