Drill Hall Gallery Friends Night

Elizabeth Cross is better known as an art historian and curator, but she has nurtured her remarkable talent for drawing out of the public eye. her exhibition Arborescent at the Drill Hall Gallery consists of twenty drawings of trees – they are for the most part denuded of foliage and it is their nervy, sinuous, gesticulating grace that translates so well into the language of drawing. Join us for an in-depth look at Elizabeth Cross’s exhibition and find new enlightenment in appreciation of trees. This members’ night is ticketed for non-members of the Drill Hall Friends Membership Program. Tickets are $10, or $5 for students.
