Education Development Studio
The CASS Education Development Studio (EDS) has been established to provide College-level teaching and learning advice and support to CASS staff. Our key accountabilities are in relation to teaching and learning practices, strategies and tools, including the usage of Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) such as Wattle and other educational technologies.

The services of the EDS can be obtained by phone, email or dropping into the studio. The EDS will ensure that no matter which way staff contact us, we will deliver an efficient service. Staff can:

Drop In
The EDS is open to all CASS staff who would like to work on their Wattle site, with educational technology or would like a computer workspace for other course/program development purposes. Staff can simply ‘drop in’ or book a time slot to ensure there is a workstation available. Please call or email us to book a time.
Wattle Technical Support
The Division of Information (Wattle Support) are available to assist staff with:

Technical issues with Wattle,
eg. Wattle is unavailable, the Mail tool is not working, etc. -
Student access issues,
eg. my student is enrolled in my class but s/he doesn’t have access. -
‘How to’ information,
eg. Changing Course Contacts information. - DLD recordings information and issues.
