Orientation Week

O-Week 2019

Congratulations on securing your place to study at the Australian National University. You are about to enter a wonderful world of scholars and learning – and to encounter the difficulties of navigating that world.

During Orientation Week, there will be ample opportunity to begin to understand how to find your way around the University, the timetable, the catalogue of courses (Programs & Courses), and where to get the best coffee and pastry.

We recommend you attend at least some of the events detailed in the CASS CAP Orientation and Induction Program Guide (see below).

Orientation & Induction Program Guide

The College will be holding over 40 presentations during O-Week. Download a copy of the CASS CAP Orientation and Induction Program Guide here (PDF 323KB).

After you have attended the CASS orientation and induction events of your choice (check the program link above), please complete a survey to give us some feedback on the events. We want to know which events you attended, what you like most about them, what was not useful, and how you think we can improve them for the next group of students. You may wish to complete the survey more than once, e.g. after each event, giving feedback on each particular event separately.
